Law firm at the Lietzensee

Our law firm

The history of our law firm in Berlin-Charlottenburg can be traced back to the beginning of the 20th century. It is therefore no exaggeration to say that we are “long-established”. Anyone who has been successful in the market for over 100 years does not need to say much (anymore). The traditional focus of our work is the legal support of regional and nationally active companies, the public sector and selected private clients in the core areas of civil business law (commercial and corporate law, employment law, commercial tenancy law as well as real estate and movables contract law including litigation), here at Lietzensee since 1993.

The office of notary, which two of our partners exercise alongside the legal profession, confers sovereign duties for the preventive administration of justice. It obliges them to provide expert and independent advice in particularly momentous and difficult legal matters in the areas of real estate law, company law, inheritance law and family law.

“If there had been more time, I would have written a shorter letter.”

Marcus Tullius Cicero, 106-43 BC,
Roman lawyer and statesman

Unsurprisingly - even for lawyers, the most demanding part of the job is concentrating on the essentials. We take the time to be brief.
